1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using The SEO Den ("Service"), operated by Quirky Hive Private Limited ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The SEO Den is a multi-agent SEO automation platform providing website auditing, keyword tracking, content optimization, backlink monitoring, local SEO management, and reporting services.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
One organization account per entity. Multiple users can be invited to an organization.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or violate any applicable laws.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
Use the Service to scrape, crawl, or audit websites you do not own or have authorization to audit.
Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.

5. Subscription & Billing

Plans and pricing are as displayed on the platform at time of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service connects to third-party APIs (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, DataForSEO, etc.). You are responsible for complying with those services' terms when connecting them.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any SEO ranking changes, traffic fluctuations, or business losses resulting from using the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
